The #motivationmonday posts have been kind of sparse lately. Not going to lie. It’s because the new properties that have been hitting the market in LA lately have been either weak or many of the same properties I posted but with reduced prices.
This pretty much means that the real estate ‘seller’s market’ hot streak is starting to slow down. That ‘bubble’ that everyone has been expecting may be heading our way within the next few months and, if you’re interested in purchasing a home, you’ll start to see prices taper off. Good news if you’re a buyer. You won’t need to drop outrageous buko bucks on a house.
That being said, here’s my pick for this week’s #motivationmonday. It’s a mid-century home in Pacific Palisades. This home is pretty cool. Some of the layout reminds me of a ninja dojo out of a movie in Japan. Agent details below along with photos. Enjoy!
